What we collect
When you request a cleanup, we collect the fields you enter: your name, work email, developer or team, product name, platform, public product URL, optional public support URL, optional focus area, and consent. Our hosting, database, and notification providers may also process ordinary technical request data needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use these details to inspect the public URLs you authorized, follow linked public pages, decide whether the service is a fit, respond to your request, and manage any follow-up you choose. Public third-party material may be referenced in our analysis. RepeatFix does not sell submitted details or use them for third-party advertising.
Data boundary
RepeatFix does not intentionally collect private support tickets or customer data for this offer. Do not submit private messages, credentials, account data, payment information, regulated data, health information, or confidential material through this website or by email. The founding cleanup is designed to use public material only.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email wwfjw@hotmail.com. We will confirm the request and remove eligible information from active records.
Service providers and changes
Site-hosting, database, and notification providers process information on our behalf to run this service. We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change; the effective date above will be updated when that happens.
