What we collect
When you request a preview, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, public company URL, approximate support volume, optional description, and consent. Our hosting and database providers may also process ordinary technical request data needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use these details to review public signals, decide whether the service is a fit, respond to your request, and manage any follow-up you choose. RepeatFix does not sell the details submitted through this form or use them for third-party advertising.
Data boundary
Do not submit support tickets, customer messages, account data, credentials, payment information, health information, or other confidential material through this website or by email. If a paid project proceeds, any source material must be sanitized and transferred only through a separately agreed method.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email wwfjw@hotmail.com. We will confirm the request and remove eligible information from active records.
Service providers and changes
Site-hosting and database providers process information on our behalf to run this service. We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change; the effective date above will be updated when that happens.
